Request ServiceHow it will work
Intake & Scoping
Begin by submitting a short request form describing your project and data needs. Once received, we will send a follow-up email to schedule a consultation meeting to better understand your goals, intended use, and any specific considerations.
Discovery Search
After the consultation, our team conducts a comprehensive search and assessment of datasets from the CCDC catalogue and external sources. We screen each dataset for relevance, documentation quality, accessibility, and alignment with your goals. This process ensures that only credible and well-documented sources are included.
Curation & Synthesis
We curate the best-matching datasets and synthesize findings into a deliverable package. Timing depends on request complexity, but typical turnaround is 2-4 weeks.
Delivery & Review
You will receive two deliverables which include a Dataset List and a Summary Document. We'll schedule a brief review session to walk through the results and answer any questions.
Revisions & Finalization
One round of revisions is included to refine or expand the dataset list as needed. Additional requests or extended searches can be scoped separately.
Handoff & Optional Support
Final deliverables are shared in your preferred format.

A detailed inventory of relevant datasets with metadata such as title, source, publisher, license, provenance, ownership, access conditions, and update frequency.
Summary Document
- Search rationale and methodology
